When setting up a review cycle in Lattice with peer reviewers, admins can now choose if they would like to allow employees to decline peer nominations once the review cycle has launched. During the review cycle setup, you will see a box to enable this option on the Review settings page.

If enabled, once the peer selection phase of the review cycle has ended and employees are writing their reviews there will be an option at the bottom of the peer review to decline writing the peer review. 

If an employee changes their mind and decides that they want to re-accept a peer nomination after declining it they can do so by going back 

If an employee does decline writing a peer review, the employee's manager will receive an email notifying them.

Admins will have visibility into any rejected peer reviews in the side panel within the 'Reviewees' section of the review cycle. The rejected peer reviewer's name will be greyed out, and will display a message stating the employee declined writing their peer review and has been removed. 

If you would like to add this employee as a peer reviewer again, you can do so by clicking on 'Edit' and then 'Reopen' and then 'Save'.

If you have added the employee as a peer reviewer again, they will receive an email notifying them of this change.
