What are Goals?
Our Goals tool makes it easy for employees to track their personal and professional objectives and link them to other company and department initiatives. Using Goals in Lattice allows admins to easily track the Goals within their org and helps managers track their teams’ progress.
Why use Goals?
By setting Goals, employees can better understand how they make an impact on the company and their career. They can also work closely with their managers to better figure out their strengths and weaknesses, as well as objectives they should focus on.
