  1. Submission Deadlines
  2. Where to direct their questions

Everyone Completes Reviews at the Same Time

Aligning on the expectations of your role and driving performance is a continuous process. The [Review Cycle Name] is an opportunity to align expectations, give and receive feedback, and drive performance. 

In the [Review Cycle Name] you will complete a Self Review and You will also provide Upward Feedback to your Manager. You may also be asked to complete Reviews about your Peers or Direct Reports if applicable.

Review Submission Timeframes:

  • Date - Date: Complete Reviews
  • Date - Date: Managers meet with their reports and go over review feedback

If you have any questions, please reach out directly to your manager to to [Review Cycle Admin Name] at [Review Cycle Admin Email]. 

Managers Go Last

Aligning on the expectations of your role and driving performance is a continuous process. The [Review Cycle Name] is an opportunity to align expectations, give and receive feedback, and drive performance. 

In the [Review Cycle Name] you will complete a Self Review and you will also provide Upward Feedback to your Manager. 

As a manager, you will also be responsible for reviewing your direct reports. You can begin drafting your response right away but you will not be able to submit your manager review until it opens up.

  • Date - Date: Complete Self, Upwards and Peer reviews
  • Date - Date: Complete Downwards review (Managers)
  • Date - Date: Managers meet with their reports and go over review feedback
